I was stranded at the airport today for 12 hours trying to get a flight out of Edmonton. With nothing to do, I decided to scurry toward the little convenience booth and grab the latest copy of Skateboarder, which to my surprise, Jamie Tancowny had a double-page spread in:

a bunch of local dudes filmed so much stuff in the millwoods area this past summer, they put together a video aptly titled “this is millwoods.”

i was pretty psyched on it, millwoods park is my favorite place in edmonton to skate, and these are the young ans that i skated with all summer long. i had a really fun summer there and this vid reminded me of all those good times.

he’s probably the only guy to have had his birthday posted on here every year for the past seven years or so. you guessed it…

its cory’s birthday today. so here’s an interweb birthday greeting. as usual.

he says that he’s going out tonight, so you should come by and say happy birthday yourself. i dont know where he’s going but i’ll post it here when we find out. in the mean time you can check out this photo of cory (at the now infamous banks). now, he didn’t land this. but look at how sick it is…
